Your Obligations
Anyone who owns or manages land containing trees has a legal duty to ensure that they are in a safe condition so that foreseeable
damage does not occur due to tree failure. (Occupiers Liability Act 1954/1980).
Commercial premises have a further obligation under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 to undertake regular tree surveys so that trees do not cause foreseeable damage.
Here at L&M, we undertake tree risk surveys and give you the data
you need to manage your land safely. L&M will undertake a tree
health and safety survey to identify any hazards within the tree/s
and priortise any works to mitigate any risks of damage. There are
a number of surveys available dependant on your needs and
requirements so call us today to speak with a qualified arborist who
can guide you through the process of choosing a survey.
